Red, black and white!

I made this cake for an old friend of mine. She told me she wanted something different and fell in love with a picture I had that was similar to this one. I loved making this cake! It's so much fun and completely nontraditional. $160.00

To Infinity and Beyond!

Some very dear friends asked me to make a cake for their grandsons birthday. I was given the freedom to do anything I wanted! Pretty darn cute huh? It's a 12 and 8 inch round chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling, vanilla buttercream, and marshmallow fondant. I tried my hand at sculpting a Buzz out of fondant but it didn't turn out too great, so I bought a toy Buzz instead. :) I haven't heard what the birthday boy thought of it yet but the grandparents were very pleased.
